Hebrews 7:25 (NKJV) Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.
Christ is not dead, He is alive. Remember what the angels told to the ladies who found the empty tomb? They said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen!” (Luke 24:5-6 NKJV). Right at this very moment Christ is alive. And He is seated at the right hand of the Father. Christ is our Great High Priest who intercedes for us. Christ is able to save us completely. Christ is our Great Shepherd who never losses a sheep. If you are one of Christ’s sheep then you will never be lost. Because Christ is alive and He is watching over you. Christ intervenes for us. “For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life” (Romans 5:10 NKJV). And John made it clear when he said, “My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous” (1 John 2:1 NKJV). Christ is alive and He is watching over us. It is wonderful to know that we serve a living Christ. And so, when life’s worries get you down, my friend, remember that Christ is up there watching over you. Bring your cares to Him and He will give you peace. For we can be sure of the fact that Christ ever lives to make intercession for us.
God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
